Terms & Conditions – The Pine Extended Stay

By booking and staying at The Pine Extended Stay, guests acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Temporary Lodging Only – No Residency Established

The Pine Extended Stay operates strictly as a temporary lodging facility. Stays at this property are for short-term or extended lodging purposes only and do not establish residency, tenancy, or any landlord–tenant relationship, regardless of the length of stay, payment schedule, or frequency of renewal.

1. Booking & Reservations

  • Guests must be at least 18 years old to book a room.

  • A valid government-issued photo ID and payment method are required at check-in.

  • Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Rates are subject to change prior to booking confirmation.

 

2. Payments

  • We require money orders only—no cash or Zelle will be accepted after the initial payment.

  • We charge a flat fee per stay. No taxes or additional fees will be added beyond the agreed rate.

  • No deposit

3. Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 9:00 am

  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.​

4. Pet Policy

  • Cats and small dogs are welcome in designated rooms.

  • Guests must provide proof of rabies vaccination at check-in.

  • Pets must not be left unattended and must be leashed or in a carrier in public areas.

  • A non-refundable pet fee may apply.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage or cleaning costs resulting from their pet’s stay.

 

5. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are expected to maintain reasonable noise levels and respectful behavior.

  • No smoking is allowed in rooms or indoor areas.

  • Damage to property may result in additional charges.

 

6. Privacy & Data Use

Your booking information is used solely for reservation, communication, and service purposes. For details, please see our Privacy Policy.

 

7. Liability Disclaimer

The Pine Extended Stay Hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. We recommend securing valuables.
